This has a detailed look at the selling process for Washington homes and waterfront real estate. If you have any questions, I’m more than happy to chat about them when we get together.

At our first meeting, we’ll do a casual walkthrough of your home and property. No need to stress about having everything perfect; it's just an overview. After that, we can dive into your goals, check out recent comparable sales, and discuss the current South Puget Sound housing market. I’ll give you honest answers about repairs, staging, timing, pricing, and more. Some home owners decide that listing isn’t for them at this stage, and we'll talk alternatives to that. I'm big on confidentiality from the moment we have our first discussion whether in person or over the phone.

Most buyers will scroll through photos of your home online before deciding whether to visit. Strategic staging helps your property photograph at its full potential and highlight the unique features of your Washington home or waterfront property. I believe in its marketing power so strongly that I offer complimentary professional staging. With premier stager relationships in the region, I can match your home with the perfect aesthetic. You’ll also receive complimentary high-resolution photography and drone images that I personally curate for all marketing channels.

I may also suggest short-term loan options through Windermere that are not repaid until closing. This can significantly reduce pre-listing expenses, speed up your timeline, and bring peace of mind throughout the selling process.

PENDING TO CLOSE

I am here for you every step of the way, ensuring that all timelines and contract conditions are met. You’ll be fully updated on escrow, title, lender, and buyer communications. I ensure a seamless and successful transfer of your home to the new owners.
