When listing homes my number one goal is to create Emotional Value for my Sellers. It begins with my overview of the home and property, looking at what exists, what needs to be added, subtracted and maybe just adjusted.
Why this is so most important? It is said that the human brain can process visuals up to 60,000 times faster than text. It’s imperative to set the stage right as Seller’s may get one view with a Buyer not saving or coming back to look at their listing. No repeated views online typically means no showings. With this at the core of my business, I look at each home and walk through to highlight its features. This is then followed by my thoughtfully directed professional staging and high quality photography. This is just the beginning wtih edited and curated photos and video for specific marketing uses.
